Move your camera, router, or other objects If feasible, move your camera a foot or two away from its original location. Move your Wi-Fi router and camera or doorbell closer to each other. If possible, move objects that might cause wireless interference away from your camera, doorbell, or router.

You could try restarting your Google Nest Hello Doorbell by disconnecting it from power for at least 10 seconds, either by disconnecting the doorbell from the doorbell wires or by turning off the circuit that the doorbell is on.

When Nest cameras appear offline, Google recommends users restart their cameras or video doorbells to refresh the connection and then check again for the live video.
